  3. Everything can be a bottleneck. What’s slowing things down? One weak point can drag the whole operation. Find it. Focus on it. Fix it.
  4. Everything is a system. Zoom out. Problems rarely exist in isolation. Look at the wider structure, incentives, tools, and communication loops.
  5. Everything is feedback. Even chaos is data. Use it. What's being revealed and what’s being ignored?
  6. Everything is an opportunity. Reframe the pain. Where’s the chance to improve, simplify, automate, or stop doing something pointless?
